Binford, Raymond (1876- )
Quakers and educators, Raymond and Helen Binford served as camp directors of Civilian Public Service Camp 19, Marion, North Carolina, and later of Camp 108, Gatlinburg, Tennessee. They conducted research under the auspices of the Pacifist Research Bureau.
