Reily, E. Mont
E. Mont. (Emmet Montgomery) Reily (1866-1954) of Kansas City, Missouri was a businessman and Republican Party leader. Reily served as Governor of Puerto Rico, 1921-1923, under appointment by Warren G. Harding, twenty-ninth president of the United States.
