Helen Hubman

Hide Profile

Helen Reybold worked as a Zephyrette, or Hostess, on the Burlington Zephyrs from 1938-1939. The Burlington Zephyr, which is a branch of the California Zephyr, was a well known and elite train charter that catered to passengers from California to Chicago and many major cities in between. This small collection consists of memorabilia that Ms. Reybold saved pertaining to railroading, particularly the Zephyr Company, while in her years of service.

In December, 1939, Ms. Reybold retired from her hostess schedule and married Mr. Ralph Hubman, a University of Colorado Geology Graduate.

Helen Reybold Hubman died in 1987.
