Hutchins, Richard G.
Wipper was a writer and publisher of Mormon texts and newsletters in Fresno (Calif.) during the 1950s-1960s. Fred C. Hutchins was born on April 28, 1901 in Flint (Mich.) He graduated from Central Michigan Universrity, Yule Business College, and the University of Calif.-Berkley. He married Leata Harder in 1926 and had six children. He worked as a lawyer in Flint from 1934 until the late 1950s. Richard G. Hutchins was the donor.
