Ohio River Improvement Celebration ((Oct., 1929)
The Ohio River Improvement Celebration and Lights Golden Jubilee were twin celebrations that were held in Pittsburgh between October 17 and October 26, 1929. These celebrations were sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and many of the city's civic boosters including Robert Garland.
