BIOGHIST REQUIRED Lifelong New Yorker, and very much a "son of Columbia" (College, '24; Law School '26) the late Milton Handler (d. '98) taught at Columbia Law School for forty-five years. He was a prolific scholar and wrote a leading text on Trade Regulation.
