Sargent, Frederick, 1828-1911
Frederick Sargent was a trader who headed to Alaska after the transfer. He began work with Hutchinson-Kohl Company which became the Alaska Commercial Company. He settled in Kodiak in 1868 and died there 1911, age 83. [From Kodiak and Afognak life, 1868-1870, by E.L. Huggins, 1981.].
