Minnesota. Governor (1991-1999 : Carlson)
The Governor's Commission on Public Sector Employment Contracts was created by Governor Carlson on June 28, 1995 to identify and review compensation plans and employment contracts for highly-compensated officials in state government, cities, counties, school districts, higher education, and quasi-government organizations. The commission was co-chaired by State Auditor Judi Dutcher and Piper-Jaffrey executive Craig Shaver.
