Hower, Ralph M. (Ralph Merle), 1903-
Variant namesRalph Merle Hower earned a DCS (Business History) from the Harvard Business School in 1935. Prior to coming to the Harvard Business School, Hower was an Instructor of Economics at the University of Kansas from 1928 to 1930. He joined the Harvard Business School in 1930 as a Research Assistant and became and Instructor in 1934. He taught as Professor from 1949-1970. In the 1960s Hower helped to establish the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) in Barcelona, Spain.
