National Photographic Index of Australian Birds (Trust)
Variant namesThe Index was established in 1970 as a national reference collection of colour photographs of Australian birds. The project was carried out on behalf of the Australian Museum, Sydney, under the direction of a committee of trustees headed by Sir Percy Spender.
