Colby, Leonard Wright, 1846-1925.
Leonard Colby practiced law in Beatrice, Nebraska. In 1891 he was appointed assistant attorney general of the United States. During the 1890s Colby was employed as an attorney in Washington, D.C., representing the Creek, Cherokee, and Seminole tribes.
