Brown, Herbert, 1848-1913.
Journalist; arrived in Tucson in 1873, in 1886 he purchased the Tucson Citizen and owned it for twenty years. He later owned the Tucson Post, and was editor of the Arizona Daily Star. He served as superintendent of the Arizona Territorial Prison from 1902 to 1906.
