Mifflin family.
Samuel Mifflin (born Samuel Mifflin Francis) was the son of Colonel Turbutt Francis and Sarah Mifflin, and the grandson of Tench Francis and Elizabeth Turbutt, and of Colonel Samuel Mifflin.
