Dukes, William F., 1927-2003.
William F. Dukes was born in Smith County, Mississippi on January 15, 1927. He served in the Navy during World War II and received his BA from USM and his law degree from the University of Mississippi. He worked for the FBI as head of the Gulfport office between 1951 and 1966. He died on December 11, 2003.
