Green family.
Residents of Worcester, Mass. The estate known as "Green Hill" was purchased by Dr. Thomas Green, of Leicester, Mass., in 1754 and inhabited by his descendents as a family home until 1905 when it was purchased by the city of Worcester for a public park. The estate consisted of approx. 500 acres of land with a farm, stone quarry, and a large mansion.
