Edward J. Sullivan was born on April 24, 1945. Since graduating from Willamette University School of Law in 1969, Sullivan has argued cases before many lower and higher courts and been admitted to several local and national bar associations. Between 1975 and 1977, he served as legal counsel to Oregon governor Bob Straub. Mr. Sullivan has built a reputation as one of the state's experts in the field of land use planning/zoning and has written many articles on the subject.
