Minnie Dubbs Millbrook was a Kansas author and historian interested in the history of the American west, the frontier, and the Indian Wars during the late 19th century. She is also the author of Master of Precision, a biography of Henry Leland, The Jordan Massacre, and The West Breaks in General Custer, an article for the Custer Reader published in 1992.
