Denver, Colorado native. Active in the development of parks and landscape architecture in Colorado. Served as construction superintendent for the Rocky Mountain National Park. Also served as superintendent of Washington Park (Denver, Colo.), inspector of roads and grading at Camp Carson (Colo.) during its construction and assistant superintendent of parks in Colorado Springs, Colo. Named superintendent of the Denver Parks Department in 1947. Landscape architect with S.R. DeBoer.
