Hartigan, John, 1964-
Variant namesCol. John D. Hartigan commanded an Army Air Force Detachment at Dickinson College in 1943 (see photograph 1943 Microcosm).
After World War II, he developed an interest in international education, especially for training students for diplomatic service. In the 1920s̀ Hartigan had a musical career in Europe and the United States.
