Zoellick, Robert B. (Robert Bruce), 1953-

He graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A in 1975, and from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 1981 with his M.P.P. He served as Under Secretary for Economic and Agricultural Affairs at the U.S. State Department, and in 1992 and 1993 was deputy chief of staff at the White House and assistant to President George Bush.
