Wilbur, Charles T., 1835-ca. 1909.
During the Civil War, Wilbur served as assistant surgeon of the 59th Ohio Infantry (November 1861-June 1862) and then as assistant surgeon (August 1862-June 1864) and surgeon (June 1864-August 1865) of the 95th Ohio Infantry.
