Robert Levy was born July 11, 1945, in Mussoorie, IN. His undergraduate education was completed in 1968 at the University of Tampa. Levy received his Masters from Hunter College of New York in 1974, and a later advanced certificate in education at Brooklyn College in 1977. He began teaching and working as a computer coordinator with the New York Board of Education in 1968. His writings have focused on fantasy adventure novels for young adults.
