Hartwell, Henry
Henry Hartwell was a member of the Royal Council of Virginia; Rev. James Blair was an Anglican clergyman and later a president of William and Mary College; Edward Chilton was the attorney general of Virginia and later of Barbadoes. The three collaborated on this work.
