The Baptist Jubilee Advance was a movement from 1959-1964 to celebrate the sesquicentennial of the Triennial Convention, which was the first organized Baptist denomination in the United States. Seven North American Baptist entities participated in the Baptist Jubilee Advance: American Baptist Convention, Baptist Federation of Canada, Baptist General Conference, National Baptist Convention of America, National Baptist Convention U.S.A., Inc., North American Baptist General Conference, and Southern Baptist Convention. The Baptist Jubilee Celebration was held in May 1964 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
