The Joint Faculty Council/Employeee Forum Committee on Faculty/Staff Relations was formed in November 1993. The committee was composed of equal numbers of faculty and staff, for a total of eight members, and its charge was to think creatively and inventively of ways to build new arenas of respect between these two groups.
