Biographical note: Architect; William Hazard came to Tucson, Arizona in 1942 and was licensed as an architect in 1949. He worked with Scholer, Sakellar and Faller, then later with Terry Atkinson. In 1959 he formed a partnership with Robert R. Reid. He worked on the Clam Building, additions to Mansfield Junior High School, the U of A Environmental Research Laboratory, the polar bear habitat at Reid Park Zoo, and additions to the Arizona Historical Society building on Second Street.
