Fox, Emma A. (Emma Augusta), 1847-1945
Variant namesBorn March 29, 1847 in Nineveh, N.Y.; married Charles Edgar Fox in 1876. Her mastery of parliamentary procedure grew out of the need for better methods in women's organizations which were then growing into a force in the struggle for women's rights.
