National Railway Labor Conference (U.S.)
Variant namesThe National Railway Labor Conference (NRLC) was formed in October 1962 to represent the carriers in negotiations with railroad unions. Until 1962, the carriers negotiated through regional committees, the Western, Eastern, and Southeastern Carriers Conference Committees, which coordinated their positions in reaching industry-wide settlement. The 63 reels represent files which the NRLC considered to be of historical value for the period from 1907 to 1955.
