Ellsworth Expedition to Graham Land (1934)

The expedition was undertaken by Lincoln Ellsworth aboard the ship WYATT EARP and the airplane POLAR STAR, piloted by Bernt Balchen, to explore Snow Hill Island on the west coast of Graham Land in Antarctica. Expedition members included Nils Otto Gustav Nordenskjöld and Chester A. Reeds.
