Kampman, Christian Frederick, fl. 1780-1808.
Christian Frederick Kampman was a Moravian physician who came to Pennsylvania in 1781. He practiced at Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and then Hope in Sussex County, New Jersey, finally returning to Bethlehem in 1808.
