Taylor, Philip H. (Philip Hector), 1902-1986.
Philip Hector Taylor was born March 12, 1902 in Worcester, Mass. and died October 28, 1986. He graduated from the University of Maine in 1924 with a B.A. in Economics and from Stanford University in 1936 with a Ph. D. in Political Science (International Relations). He was a Professor of International Relations at the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University.
