Louis Cobbett (1862-1947), pathologist, attended Trinity College, Cambridge, 1881-84, and took his M.D. degree in 1899. He was University Lecturer in Bacteriology, 1907-29, and the author of The causes of tuberculosis . Cobbett was a member of the Cambridge Antiquarian Society and published several papers on archaeological subjects.
