Chairman of the Industrial Affairs Committee (1973-1974) and the Labor and Commerce Committee (1981-1982) and member of the Labor Laws Commission (1973-1974). Also served as spokesman for the Labor and Commerce (1985-1986) and World's Fair - 1992 (1985-1986) Committees.
