Consolidated with East Saginaw and St. Clair Railroad Company, Saginaw and Mount Pleasant Railroad Company, Saginaw and Clare County Railroad Company, and Mainstee Railroad Company on January 30, 1889. Purchased Port Huron and Northwestern Railway Company on April 4, 1891. Purchased Monroe and Toledo Railway Company on August 27, 1897.
