Flint & Pere Marquette Railroad Company.

The company was incorporated in Michigan to own and operate property of the former Flint and Pere Marquette Railway Company, excluding land grants and land assets on August 31, 1880. Flint and Pere Marquette Railroad Company sold to Pere Marquette Railroad Company on December 6, 1899.

Consolidated with East Saginaw and St. Clair Railroad Company, Saginaw and Mount Pleasant Railroad Company, Saginaw and Clare County Railroad Company, and Mainstee Railroad Company on January 30, 1889. Purchased Port Huron and Northwestern Railway Company on April 4, 1891. Purchased Monroe and Toledo Railway Company on August 27, 1897.
