Anderson, W.E., 1909-1994
William E. Anderson (1909-1994) worked for the United States Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service in Arizona in the 1940s. Afterward, he was the snow survey supervisor for the USDA in Utah. He also lived and worked in Denver toward the end of his career.
