Owner of Amigo Publication which publishes two bilingual weeklies, EL EDITOR and LA VOZ in Lubbock and Odessa, Texas. Author of EL TRAJE DE SANTO CLOS, a bilingual Christmas Play. Member of Chicanos for Political Awareness, Arnett Benson Neighborhood Council, Raza Unida Party, and League of United Latin American Citizens - LULAC Council 263.
