The Commission has the legal responsibility to license, regulate, and inspect all wholesale and retail liquor dealers in Tennessee, as well as establishments providing on-premise consumption. It also issues employee permits and enforces all state liquor laws and regulations including the control of illegal manufacture, transportation, and sale of alcoholic beverage.
