Atterbury family.

Willam Wallace Atterbury (1866-1935) was a career officer on the Pennsylvania Railroad and its president from 1925 to 1935. He was also director-general of transportation for the American Expeditionary Force during World War I. His father, John G. Atterbury, was first a lawyer and then a Presbyterian clergyman in New York City and Detroit. His uncle and namesake, William Wallace Atterbury (1823-1911) was also a Presbyterian clergyman in Indiana.
