Spain. Consulado (Norfolk)
Antonio Argote Villalobos served as Spanish consul at Norfolk, Va., from 1797 to 1817 and at Lexington, Ky., 1795-1796. Pablo Chacon served as consul in Norfolk from 1817 to 1829; Antonio Pomar served from 1822 to 1835; and Walter de Lacy served from 1839 to 1846.
