Radio station owner and record collector. Born 1912. Resident of Cologne, Germany. Owned two radio networks. Connected with Deutsche Grammophon, which released American Decca recordings during the late 1930s and after World War II. Head of Deutsche Grammophon's foreign department, which released country acts in Europe.
