Page, Thomas Jennings.
Thomas J. Page graduated from the University of Washington in 1937 with a B.S. in engineering. He then worked on the Grand Coulee Dam construction project on the Columbia River in central Washington State. The dam was created as part of the Columbia Basin Irrigation Project to develop the Columbia River for waterpower, irrigation, and flood control. After initial excavation of the site began in 1933, construction of the dam was undertaken primarily between 1935 and 1942.
