Rowland, Clarence Henry, 1879-1969.
Rowland coached the White Sox (1915-1917) to a world series victory; was part owner and manager of various minor league baseball teams; an American League umpire for 5 years; president of the Pacific Coast League; and executive vice president of the Chicago Cubs (1954).
