Brown, James Stephen, 1866-1958.
James Stephen Brown graduated in the class of 1889 at Davidson College. He was a member of the Philanthropic Society and later attended Rush Medical College in Chicago. He graduated in 1893 and in 1906 moved to Henderson County, NC, where he practiced medicine for 52 years.
