Stiles, Joseph, 1758-1838.
Joseph Stiles (1758-1838) was a rice planter who moved to Savannah, Georgia from Bermuda around 1769. He married his first wife, Catherine Clay in 1793 and his second wife, Margaret Vernon Adams in 1828. He was the father of Benjamin Edward Stiles (1794-1855).
