Taylor, Clark, 1934-
Variant namesClark Edson Taylor was born in 1934 in Evergreen Park, Illinois, and earned a B.A. in history from DePawu University in 1956. He was a member of the planning staff for UMass/Boston's College of Public and Community Service in 1972-73 and became a faculty member in 1973. He earned a Ph. D. in Urban Planning from Rutgers University in 1976.
