Barnett, William John.
Medical missionary; born May 29, 1917 in Kenya to missionary parents; attended Rift Valley Academy, 1929-1931; came to the United States for high school education, 1931-1933; attended Columbia Bible College (1933-1937) and Wheaton College (1937-1939); received M.D. from Albany Medical College, 1945; married Laura Lane, 1944; served as missionary doctor with Africa Inland Mission in Tanzania (1950-1961) and Kenya (1963-1979); at Muslim government's request, set up a hospital on Grande Comoro, 1979-1990.
