Intercollegiate Council on International Cooperation.
The Intercollegiate Council originated in 1931 when a small group of American students attended the World Student Conference in Switzerland. The Council sponsored three series of national radio broadcasts on NBC in 1933 or 1934. The same administration appears related to the Intercollegiate Disarmament Council.
