National Council on Social Work Education.
The collection consists of a study initiated by the National Council on Social Work Education. The study, directed by Ernest Hollis and Alice Taylor, attempted to define the present and future role of social work. The study culminated in the publication of Social Work Education in the United States (Columbia University Press, 1950).
