The Barrett-Stoutenburgh family includes Thomas Weeks Barrett, Sr. (d. 1925), his wife Katherine Stoutenburgh Barrett, and their children Thomas Weeks Barrett, Jr., and Elizabeth Barrett.
Thomas Weeks Barrett, Jr. (1902-1947) was educated in Boston, worked in New York City as a commercial artist in the 1920s, and founded the Dutchess County Art Association in 1934. He was an American Regionalist painter and print-maker.
